Box plots
The first box plots are drawn over the data, shown as dots on the scale, then from the five values in a table. Then read a finished one back into the table, finding the interquartile range each time. Four to a page so there is room to draw.
A free GCSE Higher statistics lesson on box plots, spec code S4. It has a lesson deck to teach from with a visualiser, a worksheet with answers, an exit ticket, an end of unit test and a method video.
