Odd one out:Averages
Ten statements about the mean, median, mode and range, four small sets of data each time, and one that does not belong. Taking the middle number before putting the list in order gives the wrong median, and a set with no repeats has no mode. One per A4.
A free key stage 3 and GCSE statistics puzzle with answers, spec code S4. It goes with the lesson on median, mode and range.
