Rotational symmetry
Shapes on a square grid turned a quarter turn at a time about their centre: tick each turn where the shape fits, then count the ticks. A dot on one corner shows where it lands. Orders 1, 2 and 4, with a table to fill in on every question.
A free key stage 3 and GCSE support geometry and measures lesson on rotational symmetry, spec code G1. It has a lesson deck to teach from with a visualiser, a worksheet with answers, a puzzle, an exit ticket and an end of unit test.
