No match:Solving equations
Twenty-five linear equations, from one step to brackets, fractions and the unknown on both sides, with negative and decimal answers. Cross each answer off the bank; the five with no match give the letters for an anagram. A sign slip or a bracket not multiplied out lands on another answer in the bank.
A free key stage 3 and GCSE algebra puzzle with answers, spec code A17. It goes with the lesson on solving two-step equations.
