Area of a parallelogram

The triangle at one end moves to the other end to make a rectangle, so the area is base times height. The base and the height only first, then a slanted side to leave out, with a frame to fill in on every question.

A free key stage 3 and GCSE support geometry and measures lesson on area of a parallelogram, spec code G16. It has a lesson deck to teach from with a visualiser, a worksheet with answers, a puzzle, an exit ticket and an end of unit test.
