Squares and square roots

One square on every question, made of small squares. Label the square, side × side, write the answer: squares first, then square roots back from the area, with the frame printed until the last questions of the further practice.

A free key stage 3 and GCSE support number lesson on squares and square roots, spec code N6. It has a lesson deck to teach from with a visualiser, a worksheet with answers, an exit ticket and an end of unit test.
